Our Growth in Numbers
2024 has been a record-breaking year with over £77.5 million in projects managed. Additionally, our team grew to 18 staff members, including Project Managers specializing in Process, Manufacturing, and Automation, alongside Civil and Structural Engineers and dedicated office support staff.
A major highlight was the launch of our construction division, which now allows us to offer even more comprehensive services to our clients. From industrial fit-outs and commercial fit-outs to manufacturing line installations, we’re equipped to deliver turnkey solutions that meet the unique needs of the industries we work in.
Welcoming New Clients
This year, we were proud to collaborate with several new clients, including Baker & Baker, Bespak, Boccard, Cereal Partners, and DS Smith. These new relationships reflect the trust leading organisations place in us to deliver high-quality results.

Project Highlights
In 2024, our teams delivered a range of impactful projects across industries, showcasing our expertise and focus on client goals. Here are three standout achievements:
- John West Ecotwist®: We supported the launch of Ecotwist® and optimised its packaging design to ensure smooth, scaled-up manufacturing.
- Environmental Impact Reduction – Site Steam Generation: We worked with a pharmaceutical client to develop costed options for reducing annual CO2 emissions from steam generation systems. Starting in January 2025, these solutions will cut emissions by 530 tonnes per year and save £300,000 annually.
- Various Fit-outs: We provided turnkey project support to repurpose existing spaces on site, ensuring efficient and seamless transformations.

Our ESG Commitments
Sustainability continues to be at the heart of our mission. In 2024, we proudly marked our second year as a carbon-neutral business, further solidifying our commitment to sustainable business practices.
We also supported reforestation efforts through our partnership with Make It Wild, helping plant 130 trees as part of our ‘Optional Carbon Offset Contribution’ initiative. These initiatives allow us—and our clients—to make meaningful contributions to the environment.
Beyond environmental impact, we prioritised giving back to the community. This year, we raised £634 for Macmillan Cancer Support during our Macmillan Coffee Morning and supported festive fundraising efforts like Christmas Jumper Day. Learn more about our ESG strategy.
