Concept Projects Group completed a turnkey project, encompassing both engineering and construction, for one of our valued clients in the food manufacturing industry.
The project focused on enhancing safety and operational efficiency, including the installation of machinery guarding in compliance with Regulation 11 of PUWER, ensuring safe operation by preventing access to hazardous areas.
We also upgraded the factory floor by grinding and resurfacing it, addressing imperfections, and applying two coats of epoxy paint. This created a durable, hygienic, and easy-to-clean surface. Additionally, we implemented floor markings to further enhance safety, improve workplace organisation, and align with 5S lean manufacturing practices.
The project was delivered on time, within budget, and with zero lost-time accidents. These enhancements ensure long-term compliance with safety regulations and support ongoing operational efficiency.
