Concept Projects Group collaborated with John West to ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations during all project phases, including Detailed Design, Site Preparation, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Installation, Commissioning, Snagging, and Handover. Our primary focus was to maintain high health and safety standards while mitigating installation-related risks. By working closely with John West and international suppliers, we successfully achieved these objectives.
The project successfully increased site safety in line with the identified project risks and achieved zero lost time accidents. A comprehensive record of information was provided to the client to manage risks and ensure safety during any future work.
